Evija is an experienced business executive, healthcare industry expert and project manager with more than 20 years of professional experience in business management, healthcare organisation, strategic planning and team management.

During her professional career, she has held senior positions in a number of major Latvian healthcare and service companies. Her responsibilities have included the development and implementation of business development strategies, the creation of new services and business units, recruitment and management, financial planning, marketing strategy development, investment project implementation and healthcare market analysis.

She has extensive experience in managing large-scale organisations. She has managed around 280 employees in several companies, demonstrating her ability to organise processes effectively, make strategic decisions and achieve objectives in a dynamic and highly accountable environment.

In addition to her practical experience, she is continuously developing her professional knowledge. Evija has studied at the University of Latvia and the University of Banking, and is currently studying law at the College of Business Administration, with the aim of obtaining a qualification as a paralegal. She has regularly participated in international conferences, professional trainings and experience exchange programmes in Latvia, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.

In a professional environment, Evija is described as a driven, communicative, analytical and responsible person with a high capacity for hard work. She has strong leadership skills, the ability to build and motivate teams and successfully manage change processes.
